SPRK Live Action Role Play is a private role play group. Live Action Role Play, herein referred to as “LARP”, is at its core a physical activity and as such participants, herein referred to as “Players”, assume a certain degree of risk that comes with physical exertion, outdoor activities, weather, and other external forces beyond the ability of the LARP to account for. The Staff and Leadership of SPRK LARP will make every effort to provide a safe, healthy, and tolerant environment for the Players; by signing below the Player agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SPRK LARP, its Staff, and the city/state/county where the events is being held from liability and claim for damages because of bodily injury, death, property damage, sickness, disease or less any expense arising from Player’s participation in activities during and related to SPRK LARP, as well as transportation to and from events.
